Thanks fot the recommendation! We're really excited about PerfectJob, and what it can do. Anyone who is tracking multiple job opportunities, has several target companies, or a network of contacts, needs PerfectJob.

Patrick, let's talk next week and see how we can make PerfectJob available to OutOfWorkChicago folks more easily.

Hi DK Flanigan

Thanks for the tip about PerfectJob! I just went to their site and perused the offerings. I can see how this tool can add a lot of value to a job search, particularly if you are casting a 'wide net' and need to keep organized. I particularly like the feature of connecting resume versions with the contacts so you remember which version you sent to which person. I would totally use that!

Not to mention that PerfectJob is a local Chicago company. Great find!

I'm recommending PerfectJob - it offers a free trial period. It provides an integrated yet straightforward system to track meetings and outcomes; maintain task and activity lists; build and maintain a network of contacts; store and track relevant documents; and manage multiple job opportunities. It also incorporates industry best practices to help job seekers stay focused and motivated throughout their job search.
