There’s a new Career tool available for free at the Path 101 website. You take a personality test (pretty quick) then it gives you a nice graph of your styles and preferences.
But what’s cool is it then matches your profile to everyone else who’s taken the quiz & suggests a few career paths that best match yours. Best, it shows you where you match and not.

It is true that the economic and employment situation is dire, but the one complaint I can’t stand is people saying that there are no jobs available. That is simply not true. What is true is that you have to know where to look for these jobs, and you have to be (truly) qualified.

In spite of our misgivings of job fairs, we headed out to the Monster Job Fair this past Thursday (3/19) at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place.
